1. Refund Eligibility
Easy1Pay strives to ensure customer satisfaction with all transactions. However, due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are generally not provided for completed transactions. In cases where a transaction has failed or an error has occurred, we will work diligently to resolve the issue.
2. Failed Transactions
If a payment fails or an error occurs during the transaction process, the amount will be automatically refunded to your account within 5-7 business days. If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, please contact our customer support team.
3. Incorrect Payments
In the event that you have made an incorrect payment (e.g., wrong amount or wrong recipient), please contact our customer support immediately. While we cannot guarantee a refund in such cases, we will work with the relevant service providers to attempt to resolve the issue.
4. Cancellation of Services
For any subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. Refunds for partial use of subscription periods are not provided. Your service will continue until the end of the current billing period.
